Returns Policy – Marching Shows and Digital Products

Due to the nature of our digital products and licensing agreements, all sales of marching shows and digital downloads are final and non-refundable. If you encounter any issues or discrepancies with your digital product order, please contact us immediately at info@onthefieldmusic.com so we can address your concerns promptly.

Returns Policy – Merchandise and Swag

We accept returns or exchanges for merchandise and swag items (apparel, accessories, etc.) within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin the return or exchange process, please:

1. Contact us at cera.miranda@onthefieldmusic.com to obtain return instructions.

2. Securely package the item(s) and include your original receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Send the item(s) to the address provided in our response.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they meet our return conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please clearly indicate the desired replacement item when contacting us. Exchanges will be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item(s).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
