“Ever since my first halftime performance as a freshman in high school, I have loved marching band! I was a band director for seven years in a competitive band program in Texas and it had a profound impact on my pedagogy and arranging/composition development. ON THE FIELD MUSIC was founded to give other students the same types of incredible experiences I had. I have an abundance of gratitude for our team and for all the fantastic band programs who we serve!”

“Back in high school, I was given a solo on the field and I’ll never forget the moment when I finished and the crowd went crazy and I saw tears on my dad’s face. My dream is to give students that same experience. After 17 years in education, that passion still burns for students to have the most memorable performance experiences. My role with ON THE FIELD MUSIC is to continue fostering that passion while building meaningful partnerships with our clients!”

“At the first marching contest I ever competed in, my alma mater, Paragould, won their first ever grand championship. Since that moment, I’ve been a fan of all things related to the marching arts – from audio systems, to prop design, to teaching at Rivercrest High School for 9 years and building a state championship band program from the ground up. I am grateful for the opportunity to combine my love for the creative arts, my perspective as a band director, and my pension for all things audio/video related in my role at ON THE FIELD MUSIC.”

“I discovered my passion for performing the moment I stepped onto the field at my first competition in high school. I played bassoon in the top concert band and marched cymbals in the marching band. These experiences shaped my passion for excellence and leadership. With years in both the service and entertainment industries, I’m committed to strong systems and clear processes to help others reach their highest potential. I’m excited to team up again with On The Field Music to handle the logistics of copyright music for all our clients!”

“Many of my fondest memories from high school and college revolve around the marching arts, and I have always been drawn to technology since I was a child. During my 10 years as a band director in Texas, I have strived to find ways to combine those two passions. ON THE FIELD MUSIC has allowed me to work toward inspiring other young students in the same way that I was.”

“I fell in love with percussion and music as a whole from the moment I joined band in 6th grade. I have always loved being involved in every part of music such as performing, composing and recording. My curiosity for music and the amazing guidance I received as a student opened many incredible doors of opportunity. Eventually, I also discovered my passion for teaching as well. It brings me great fulfillment knowing I can have a similar impact on my students that my teachers had on me. My mission with ON THE FIELD MUSIC is to help positively impact as many young musicians as I can for the love of music.”
